Iconic and much-loved recruitment brands, DAV and Kelly, achieve coveted Diamond and Golden Arrow awards at the PMRafrica Business Excellence Awards

Johannesburg, 18 August 2023: DAV and Kelly, two of South Africa’s most recognised and trusted recruitment brands, were again recognised as much-loved market leaders, securing multiple coveted Diamond and Golden Arrows at this year’s prestigious PMRafrica Business Excellence awards. The PMRafrica Business Excellence Awards, held at the Royal Johannesburg Golf Club on 15 August, served as a powerful endorsement of the Adcorp’s Group’s move away from the ‘one Adcorp approach’ demonstrating the success and sustainability of an ecosystem that brings together various workforce components, providing companies with unparalleled flexibility, scale, and agility.

The PMRafrica awards are based on a survey conducted during March and April 2023. They recognise excellence in various categories. Companies are ranked based on their industry performance, with the Diamond Arrow Award bestowed upon the highest-ranking companies, the Golden arrow Award for the first and second overall, and silver and bronze awards for the top three in their respective industries.
