Responsibilities:
- Spearhead corporate client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Lead high-impact engagements with C-suite decision-makers.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing business development team.
- Represent the brand at industry events and thought leadership platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and unlock growth opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree – Business Administration / Marketing/ Finance or Economics
- Background in Financial Planning, Employee Benefits, or Wellbeing.
- Strong sales acumen and relationship-building expertise.
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
- Commercial savvy with a deep understanding of financial wellbeing.
- Tech-enabled thinking and operational excellence.
