Purpose of the Role
The Executive Manager: Finance will be a key member of the local executive management team,
responsible for driving the financial health and strategic direction of the clients. This role encompasses
financial planning, reporting, compliance, operations, and risk management, while ensuring alignment with
the group’s standards and South African legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning, reporting, and risk management
- Oversee budgeting, audits, and cost control
- Manage treasury, taxation, and compliance
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements:
- Qualifications: CA(SA) and BCom/BAcc degree
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior finance role within manufacturing
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and compliance expertise
