Senior Recruitment Consultant
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-4 years premium and executive senior search recruitment experience for scarce and critical skills
- Computer Literacy Computer literacy (basic Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of social media and job board sites essential and headhunting
- Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong administration skills working on an ATS
- Candidate vetting through MIE and assesses other job criteria suitability
- Actively engages with successful candidates to provide referrals of suitably qualified candidates, active networking
- In-depth briefing sessions with clients on job requirements
- In-depth competency based interviewing of candidates
- Understanding of REM packages at an executive level
- Manage end to end process of the recruitment life cycle with candidates
- Strong sales skills and track record of billings
- Successful track record of consistently achieving monthly targets
- Advanced sourcing techniques and advertising methodologies
- Experience servicing clients Area of specialization in either or Commercial/Finance/Eng./IT
- Demonstrated stats, ratios, and proof that as a senior recruiter you can manages your own desk in a mature and consistent manner
- High levels of EQ are required as they should be a role model who others aspire to emulate

- Ensure a premium service is delivered to clients and candidates at an Executive and C-Suite level

- Client visits – virtual or F2F

- Collaborate within Perm Portfolio as well as cross sell within Adcorp Group Portfolio’s
- Research clients
- Analyse client feedback and uses this feedback to ensure service enhancements by optimising own behavior
- Engages the client pro-actively, responds to client queries promptly and ensures that opportunities for improvements to the client experience are actioned and measured. This includes the sourcing of new client business
- Competitor analysis
- Conduct research on existing and new clients to ensure you stay abreast of developments
- DSO management
- Adherence to company processes and procedures
- Ensure clients are on boarded and vetted in line with company procedures
