Our Client from the Property / Real Estate industry is seeking to appoint a Senior HRBP, that thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Build strategic partnerships with the allocated business units and service providers.
  • Assist in the integration of new employees into the Departments/Business Units
  • Manage Employee Relations (ER) within the allocated business units
  • Manage the performance management process for staff within the allocated business units and Ensure compliance and implementation of company policies, processes, and Legislative requirements. Assist in identifying training & development needs
  • Provide statistical data and reports related to all HR matters, including leave, discipline, recruitment, training etc.
  • Conduct job analysis and facilitate career development plans and programmes for all employees within the department
  • Conduct and interpretation of psychometric assessments.
  • Maintain and monitor the implementation of the Company remuneration strategy within the Business Unit.


  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, a master’s degree in HR who has generalist experience or a master’s candidate with an Honours degree and industrial psychology with experience in conducting and interpreting psychometric assessments.
  • Minimum of 6- 8 years experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Registration with an appropriate HR body association is an added advantage.
  • Experience in an HR system is preferred. E.g., Sage system.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to communicate and present at an Executive level.
  • Full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced knowledge in HR reporting is preferred.
  • A good working knowledge of all Legislative Acts is required.
  • Good working knowledge of the full HR value chain.
  • 6 – 8 years’ Experience in Property and Retail Management required.
