This reputable organization is a prominent supplier of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) across Sub-Saharan Africa. They are currently seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to oversee commercial operations and drive market expansion.


  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to formulate a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the specific region.
  • Develop and document territory sales plans for individual Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and oversee their approval process.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and conduct thorough analyses of any budgetary deviations.
  • Taking responsibility for driving consistent volume growth within specified margin parameters.
  • Manage product pricing and oversee rebate management to optimize profitability.
  • Maximize cost efficiency across transportation, storage, and operational aspects.
  • Implement strategies to enhance profitability through effective management of credit and assets.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Center (CSC) to ensure efficient credit management for existing customers.
  • Address customer inquiries related to credit management and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Optimize cylinder utilization through effective metal management, including monitoring cylinder movement and facilitating recovery processes. 


  • BCom Sales & Marketing / BBA (or similar)
  • Matric is essential
  • Proven experience in delivering sales strategies and delivering on commercial mandates
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
