Regional Product Manager (Clutch, Suspension, Wheel End Solutions)




R1.2 – 1.5 M per annum


My client is the world´s largest supplier of systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology. They operate in 168 production locations in 32 countries


  •  End-to-end responsibility for respective portfolio sales & margin in the region (Middle East and Africa
  • Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans (from business cases to project execution) for respective portfolios to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements in IAM and OES
  • Define, align and execute regional respective portfolio strategy, as part of the regional category book workstream
  • Act as the regional AM product owner to support the regional front-line sales team to ensure the flawless go-to-market strategy of existing portfolio and range extensions
  • Be the voice of the regional market to define the product specifications, to position the product in the right customer segment for financial success
  • Proactive positioning of products in premium and budget segments
  • Support operational and strategic planning processes in the regional respective portfolio


  • Experience in product management, specification & development processes
  • Knowledge of automotive products, Clutches and suspensions
  • Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of product strategy targets
  • Negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Drive for results and execution
