The company is currently in search of a Head of Business Development with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should possess a well-documented history of achievements in this domain and exhibit a profound comprehension of the industry landscape and its potential. Their primary responsibilities will encompass devising and executing strategies that harmonize with the company’s overarching vision and objectives.


  • Develop demand creation strategies and new products.
    Develop financial models.
    Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling.
    Drive new technologies.
    Adapt current portfolios to new opportunities.
    Drive product research.
    Establish business development strategies.
    Guide business development research.
    Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
    Lead new business opportunity projects
    Lead partnerships with stakeholders.
    Build relationships with industry players.
    Lead the department’s budgeting process.


  • A minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or finance.
  • Must have some experience in the Solar industry on a commercial scale
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to produce both summarized and detailed reports.
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction contracts.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
  • Project management experience preferred.
