Position:
Group Quality Culture & Improvement Manager
Location:
Rosslyn, Pretoria (with travel across Africa)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
- Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement in quality.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to executive leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification
- 6–8 years in quality management and operational excellence
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred)
- Experience in rail, transport, logistics, or heavy engineering (advantageous)
