This role is key to embedding ISO 9001-compliant systems, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and customer focus.

Position:
Group Quality Culture & Improvement Manager

Location:
Rosslyn, Pretoria (with travel across Africa)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
  • Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement in quality.
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification
  • 6–8 years in quality management and operational excellence
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred)
  • Experience in rail, transport, logistics, or heavy engineering (advantageous)
