General Manager – Strategic Leadership in Industrial Solutions– Gauteng

LOCATION

SALARY
R1 700 000 – R2 000 000 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Define and implement a forward-looking strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Commercial Growth: Drive revenue and margin growth through innovative sales strategies, market expansion, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional operations to deliver efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance with a focus on sustainable profitability.
  • People Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards while proactively managing business risks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership, including 2–3 years managing a service-driven or dealership business.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong operational background in industrial equipment, automotive, or related sectors.
  • Leadership Style: Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a collaborative, empowering leadership approach.
