RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Define and implement a forward-looking strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
- Commercial Growth: Drive revenue and margin growth through innovative sales strategies, market expansion, and customer-centric solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional operations to deliver efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance with a focus on sustainable profitability.
- People Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership, including 2–3 years managing a service-driven or dealership business.
- Industry Expertise: Strong operational background in industrial equipment, automotive, or related sectors.
- Leadership Style: Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a collaborative, empowering leadership approach.
