Project Planning and Execution
• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality project execution.
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for efficient service delivery.
• Implement quality assurance processes and mitigate project risks.

Budget and Documentation
• Monitor budgets to ensure financial compliance.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and evaluations.

Stakeholder Engagement and Improvement
• Ensure alignment and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and provide guidance.
• Optimise team efficiency and advise leadership on market trends.
• Maintain confidentiality in work-related matters.

Policies and Change Management
• Develop and implement departmental policies, systems, and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.


• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, preferably in facility management.
• Industry Knowledge: Project management experience within a Convention Centre environment essential.
• Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of facility management processes, best practices, and industry standards.
o Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and managing facility management projects.
o Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and process improvements.
