• Supervise and coordinate soft service staff, including cleaners, janitors, caterers, and support personnel.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, food handling, and service tasks.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply deliveries and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee catering operations, ensuring quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager to implement soft service procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, including schedules and incident reports.
• Coordinate soft services with other departments for seamless facility operations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections and promote a safety culture among staff.


• In-depth knowledge of soft service operations, including cleaning, janitorial, catering, and facility support functions.
• Experience in supervising and leading a soft service team in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, food safety regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
• Proficiency in using software applications for scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of inventory management for cleaning supplies, food, and other related materials.
• Previous experience in soft services or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
