RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facility Maintenance: The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the organisation’s facilities.
• Asset Management: Managing and optimising the use of physical assets, equipment, and resources.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitoring and controlling facility-related expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and oversee the soft services operations to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and related services.
• Develop and implement strategies and programs to optimise soft services, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet quality standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of soft service coordinators, technicians, and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• In-depth knowledge of soft services operations, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and related services.
• Must have good knowledge about House keeping machines , tools & consumables.
• Experience in managing and leading soft services operations in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and guidelines related to soft services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using facility management software applications and tools.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Budget management and financial analysis skills for soft services operations.
• Previous experience in facility management or a related field is preferred.
