SUMMARY

They are on the lookout for an Engineering Project Clerk & SHEQ, who is seeking a great opportunity with a fantastic organisation. As the Engineering Project Clerk & SHEQ, you will be reporting to the Project Office Manager of this prestigious organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and expediting the flow of work within and in between departments according to the project schedule.
- Reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules.
- Compiling reports on the progress of work, costs, and production problems.
- Performing data entry work in ERP systems (Basic accounting skills required).
- Preparing and maintaining engineering files.
- Preparing production release packages and production documentation.
- Preparing, maintaining and tracking engineering file folders.
- Entering data into engineering logs and schedules.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
- Quality control, on-site, in-office and manufacturing.
- Getting Quotes (Hardware, Software, Flights, Crating and Transportation), based on sound technical knowledge, especially on hardware used in panels (panel accessories, breakers, etc.), creating sales orders, do stock takes & interpret technical documents.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree / Diploma (Electrical/Electronic/Computer), Finance, contract, international trade, and/or law.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Technical Project Administration.
- Ability to handle complex matters concurrently with both synthetic and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
- The ability to work under tight time restrictions and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Computer literacy.
