Our client a professional Legal Firm is looking to employ a Chief Administration Manager. You will be working very closely with C-Suite Professionals and will be responsible for all-round Office Management duties. You will have a strong personality and ensure the offices are running smoothly in all the various aspects required.

POSITION:
Chief Administration Manager

LOCATION:
Pretoria

SALARY:
Market Related

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement Office Administration budget
  • Staff Management
  • Manage OHS requirements of the firm
  • Liaise with all stakeholders and contractors regarding Service Level Agreements
  • Negotiate building lease agreements
  • Project Management
  • Support services – Car Fleet, Maintenance, Building & Sites, Reception and conference room facilities,
  • Manage queries and correspondence
  • Manage service providers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree
  • 5 – 8 years working experience in a similar position
  • Advanced MS Suite skills
