Upon joining DAV you are given extensive training on the A-Z of recruitment. Our training is unmatched anywhere else, benchmarked against the best in the world. Mentoring once you hit your desk ensures you are fully equipped to grasp success as fast as you want. We also train on an ongoing basis every Monday, and often have guest speakers and trainers from all over the world, giving us access to international trends.

Our salary structure works on a basic plus (uncapped) commission, and we assure you that you can earn exceptionally well at DAV. Research conducted in 2006 shows that we pay by far above market related rates, so the more you put in the more you get out. It's also a very incentivised environment - you are instantly rewarded for hard work.

We also train and mentor personal growth. We encourage individuals to grow as people, which in turn grows them as professionals, making them even better partners to our clients and candidates and to their colleagues.

Rewards & Incentives

Recruiting is demanding but also endlessly rewarding. Rewarding from a monetary point of view definitely (we offer uncapped commission, monthly, annual and travel incentives, all in addition to a salary). Our consultants earn so big that they often have fully paid for houses and cars at an age most people are still paying off student loans. I have never forgotten my interview with Joan, back in 2003, nor my career forming years with DAV.

I just need to express my appreciation of the ‘timeless’ skills that I learned at DAV. I am a proud product of DAV’s values, and practice of those values continues to take my career to greater heights. I have just been appointed to head up the Business Analysis Area, which comprises 3 complementary sections.
