Campbell holds a BCom from Fort Hare University and an MBA from Wits Business School. Previously Managing Director for the Black Management Forum Investments Company, Campbell joined Adcorp as an Executive Director in March 2006. He has been a senior business professional for more than 16 years.

His area of expertise lies in management and development finance structuring.

Anita has extensive international experience in management within the hospitality industry and has been with DAV for over 14 years. She is Managing Director at DAV and heads three of our expert consulting divisions: Management & Executive, German and Office Support Divisions. Anita and her teams are focused on delivering top candidates for critical roles to any client spec and on placing candidates in roles that manifest their exact needs and dreams.

Anita is obsessed with quality and guides DAV and her consulting divisions to maintain the high standards our clients and candidates have come to expect from us.

Tanja gained valuable international experience in the travel & events industries, and has been with DAV for 10 years. She is both Managing Director at DAV and head of our Cape Town branch, where she and her team share a passion and energy for assisting clients in finding the right candidates for critical roles, and assisting their candidates with their career progression.

Her inspirational leadership style, coupled with a determined focus on quality and delivery, ensures that all who benefit from her leadership grow from strength to strength.

Hillary has an absolute passion for the recruitment industry, and has invested the last 12 years with DAV to helping fulfill people's dreams. An Executive Head at DAV, Hillary has extensive knowledge of all engineering disciplines and heads up DAV's Engineering Division.

She is committed to leading a strong team of experts in the provision of quality service to clients and candidates alike.

Jacquie has an Honours in Psychology (cum laude), and has been with DAV for over 12 years. She heads the Financial Markets team in the provision of recruitment services and advice for leading companies and candidates in the Financial Services sector.

She is committed to excellence and building strong recruitment partnerships based on trust and delivery.

Luisette, an enthusiastic and motivated leader, heads up DAV's Information & Communication Technology Division. Her career in recruitment spans 15 years, 14 of them with DAV, and she has become a specialist in the industry.

She is committed to building strong, trustworthy relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues and leads her team with a strategic and hands-on style.

Natasha brings her immense business experience from 17 years in both the property and recruitment industries to bear on her role as DAV's Chief Projects Officer. A lateral thinker and innovator, Natasha worked her way from Specialist Researcher to the role that now defines DAV's commitment to future focus and rapid adaptation to change. Her strategic initiatives continue to keep DAV on the leading edge of technological advance and recruitment excellence.
