This out-of-the-box role will see you playing a dual function within a busy, well-respected law firm. Enjoy a day filled with a number of tasks ranging from managing the helpdesk & providing sufficient administrative support, maintaining templates in MS Word & PowerPoint, providing monthly training on all MS Office packages as well as the Billings programme & other firm policies & procedures, managing office checks & set-ups for new starters & compiling various reports. Your relevant tertiary qualification 5 years training on MS Office programmes as well as exposure to administrative supporting a helpdesk will ensure that you juggle all these pertinent responsibilities.
