Legal and Compliance Advisor
Employment equity position
A new position has arisen in this leading financial services house due to growth & expansion.
This person will handle a key legal & compliance function for an investment operations environment handling both retail & institutional investments. You will be the specialist in this area!
If you are an Admitted Attorney with min 4-5 years legal & compliance experience from financial services then this is for you. Your solid knowledge of the Pension Funds Act, CIS Act, Long Term Insurance Act as well as ability to interprett this legislation, set compliance strategy as well as report vairous regulators are essential to your success. This is a phenomnal opportunity. Call me.
