Telecommunications Architect (Genesys)
Our client, one of the Top 10 Best Companies to Work For, has an opportunity for a skilled and ambitious Telecoms Architect to take charge of the upgrade and roll-out of new call centre technology for international clients on 3 continents.
If you have a completed tertiary qualification, coupled with a minimum of 3 years Architecture experience and expertise in Genesys or similar IVR and call centre technology, then this is your chance to take strategic and structural leadership of all aspects of the call centre architecture- design, development, roll-out, maintenance etc.
